“SANTA ANA, Calif. (CN) – In a revolt against Romney, at least 40 more national convention delegates asked to join 123 previous plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the Republican National Committee, and their attorney said hundreds more may soon follow suit. The first 123 delegates, all from the 9th Circuit, sued the RNC, its Chairman Rince Priebus, and every state party chairman in the 9th Circuit in Federal Court on Monday, demanding the right to vote for the candidate of their choice on every ballot at the Republican National Convention, including the first.
The delegates claim the party violated federal law by forcing them to sign loyalty affidavits, under threat of perjury, to vote for Mitt Romney, though he is not yet the official nominee. They also claimed that state party chairmen are fixing elections at state conventions and changing ballots so that all votes cast count for Romney.

Lawyers for Ron Paul are now formally running the Ron Paul campaign to continue the fight for the freedom of the American people. They refuse to bow down to the threats to quit so Romney can have the nomination.
“Lawyers for Ron Paul” which is a group that is unaffiliated with Ron Paul, but avid supporters have taken over the Ron Paul campaign to expose the fraud, and threats that have pushed father and son to bow out. Ron Paul supporters are stepping up to continue the fight to get Ron Paul on the ballot in Tampa.
The Ron Paul campaign started crashing after the rumored threat against Ron Paul was made at the Bilderberg meeting and reported by Jones which was followed up by the endorsement by Rand Paul for Mitt Romney.
Why did the Paul’s change direction? A repeat of what happened to Ross Perot is happening again with the Ron Paul campaign. The only difference this time is “Lawyers from Ron Paul” & his supporters are moving forward without the consent of the Paul’s who are no longer speak out against Romney. If the choice is between the lives of your family or the continued fight for the people most would make the choice that Perot did, and now the Paul’s have had to make.
The battle for freedom and justice is moving forward with undeniable strength that seeks real change!

Has anyone actually READ the lawsuit?
Besides the spelling errors it is a cacophonous litany of every objection to the RNC and the Tampa convention we’ve seen on DP (some legitimate) strung together in an incoherent fashion that can only be described as an argument DESIGNED TO LOSE THE CASE.
This is unbelievable. It’s so obvious to anyone with one operating brain cell. If anyone has any sense they’d withdraw and close this case IMMEDIATELY.
Example: Many of the plaintiffs were STATE delegates to their state conventions and are NOT national delegates, but the opening states:
“Plaintiffs come to Federal Court to seek the guidance of the Court regarding the Federal Question as to whether Plaintiffs are free to vote their conscience on the first and all ballots at the Federal Election known as the Republican National Convention.”
Well isn’t that interesting when the named plaintiffs are not parties to this statement.
Another Example: The named defendants are the chairmen of the state parties under the jurisdiction of the court, yet pages 15, 16 and 17 are all about the RNC Tampa convention.
There are so many holes in this suit, it’s DOA.
