Let me begin with a quote from Thomas Paine:

“Society in every state is a blessing, but government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one; for when we suffer or are exposed to the same miseries by a government, which we might expect in a country without government, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer.”
— Thomas Paine, Common Sense, 1776

Ladies and Gentleman, we either furnish the means by which we live in freedom and blessing or… we will furnish the means by which we suffer. If we are to furnish the means of freedom and blessing, there is only one Peaceful and “Permanent” Solution that will get America back on track! That solution is “The Most Powerful Office in the Land”. That office is the Precinct Representative.

Over the last couple of years, many concerned Americans have been energized, but even after many rally’s and protests, most Americans still have an uneasy feeling that nothing essential has changed… and that something is missing!

They are right… Something is missing!

No matter how many people you can muster to protest and write letters, the end result will be the same… NO POWER! That is because protesting and letter writing is a defensive posture. The American people must move into an offensive posture by learning the true business of the precincts and becoming engaged in their own precinct.

The power of the people can only be derived at the precinct level! But, the power of the people at the precinct level will not function properly if all you do is place campaign yard signs for your favorite candidate. There must be real and tangible interaction on the part of the people residing in any particular precinct.

Do you want to choose your candidate or will you continue to allow your candidate or one of the political parties to choose for you! If you allow the candidate or one of the parties to choose for you, how is that your choice? You didn’t choose the candidate, the candidate was chosen for you. How could that person represent you if you have no say in the choice?

If the American people continue down the road of only protesting and letter writing… if the American people continue to permit the politicians to choose their candidates… if the American people continue to be disengaged in their precincts, nothing will change! You will always be voting for the lesser of two evils!

Millions of Americans are asking themselves: “What can I do?” And almost no one will give them the answer.

Let me convey to you how American politics could be described.

Tip O’Neill said, “All politics are local.” Pat Robertson said, “He who controls the Precincts, controls the nation.” What we have are two different men, with differing philosophies but with the same appreciation of political mechanics.

What is political mechanics? Webster’s defines “politics” as:

a. “The art or science of government”.
b. “The art or science concerned with guiding or influencing governmental policy.”
c. “The art or science concerned with winning and holding control over a government.”

Webster’s defines “mechanics” as “A branch of physical science that deals with energy and forces and their effect on bodies.”

Political Mechanics, then, would be this:

“Energy applied to the Body Politic to win, hold, guide, and influence governmental policy.”

The key word in the last sentence is “applied”. The preciseapplication of energy to sensitive pressure points within the Body Politic is the solution to the plight of the concerned citizen. It is my intention to demonstrate that the most vulnerable pressure point in the Body Politic is the little understood office of Precinct Representative.

The office of Precinct Representative is not a government job. The Precinct Representative is not paid by the government. The Precinct Representative is not paid by anyone. The office of Precinct Representative is a voluntary post. The job of Precinct Representative is an office within a political party. The Democrats have their Precinct Representative and the Republicans have theirs.

The function of Precinct Representative within the Party is to represent the members of his party that reside in his precinct. He represents them by occupying one of the seats on the Central Committee of his Party. Basically, the terms, “Precinct Representative” and Member of the Party Central Committee” are interchangeable. As a member of the Central Committee, he will be called on to vote on issues, and for officers, during meetings of the Central Committee.

Is this a Precinct Strategy or Political Mechanics? No matter what you call it, you can be sure of one thing… this is more than just a Precinct Strategy and more than just Political Mechanics. At this juncture of politics in America, we either make this a way of life or lose our Republic.

What is the Missing Action Ingredient? The missing action ingredient is…The Precinct Strategy! The Precinct Strategy is the only peaceful and constitutional way for Americans to truly engage themselves. It’s been around since our foundation. – But it’s been “obscured”… and hidden through lack of knowledge and the lack of diligent citizenry for many years. We need to regain that knowledge of the power of the precinct… the American people need to move that silent majority GIANT into action to locate and elect individuals into the office of “Precinct Representative”… individuals that will adhere to our constitutional principles.

Why support this initiative and what do we want to accomplish by this? How do we as a nation get back to constitutional principles? We see the candidates. But where do the candidates come from?

The candidates, democrat and republican, who win public office will almost always be the candidate endorsed by the local PARTY LEADERS. One of those two candidates, either the republican or the democrat, will be elected in November, and go to Congress to make the laws, and determine much of our country’s future. This is very obvious to most Americans. What is not obvious is what is happening at the grassroots level inside each and every precinct. Every two years (in some counties, every four years) there is an election most Americans are not aware of… the election of our Precinct Representatives. The Precinct Representatives elect the Party Leaders and the Party Leaders endorse the candidates for office. Therefore, the only way Americans can fire the current county Party Leaders is through the Precinct System by electing like-minded Precinct Representatives.

Our system is not an auto-pilot system as some believe it to be. Most Americans have an unfounded belief that if they vote in the Primary and General elections that all is well… but that could not be further from the truth. All policy at the national level begins at the precinct and county level. But, because the people are not engaged in their local precincts, policy is mandated from the state and national level.

The Precinct Strategy is a phrase that was coined to simply give it a name but in its working, is the very essence of the American political system able even to function exclusive of political parties. It is my conviction that the Precinct Strategy is the only “long-term” and “permanent” solution for solving America’s political despair. To begin the process, there are certain procedures to follow.

I have learned there are currently 4 rules!

Rule # 1:

People Are Policy. What that means is this… if you want to change the law, if you want to change policy; you must change the people that make policy. The people that reside within a precinct and their Precinct Representative is where policy begins.

Rule # 2:

If Your Name is not On the Ballot, You will not get elected. For our Senator or Representative to win the November Election and begin to reverse policy we have to get their names on the ballot. We must ensure they win the Party Primary election.

If we want to change the people who change policy, it becomes our job to ensure that our Senator or Representative wins the primary. This process begins in your precinct with the election of your precinct representative but hear this warning! Do not allow anyone to put themselves up for elected office! It should become common practice in this country to automatically disqualify anyone not asked by the people (not the party) to represent them. If a political party or individual, on their own, make the decision to run for elected office, they are making the choice for you. It is time for the American people to get actively engaged and choose their own candidates.

Rule # 3:

98% of the time, only Candidates endorsed by the Party Win the Primary.

Republicans and Democrats alike have trusted their Party Leaders to make the correct decision in endorsing their candidate. If we are going to change the people who make policy, we must ensure that OUR Senator or Representative and other elected officials are endorsed by the Party so their name will appear on the ballot.

Where do endorsements come from? The party is made up of members of the Executive Committee. And it is the Executive Committee that gives the Party’s endorsements.

Both Democrats and Republicans have their own Executive Committee in every county. This Committee decides party endorsements. The endorsed candidates consistently win.

It is vital that we understand this process. It is through this process we regain control of our country.

If we want change, we must take control of our own precincts at the grassroots. It is our job to elect Precinct Representatives that will adhere to the constitutional principles of limited government, free markets, and individual freedom… and Precinct Representatives that will elect Executive Committee members that will adhere to the constitutional principles of limited government, free markets, and individual freedom.

It is the Central Committee that elects the members of the Executive Committee. The Central Committee is made up of one person from each precinct in the County. Each one of those members is called a Precinct Representative. The terms “Precinct Representative” and “Member of the Central Committee” are synonymous.

This Central Committee meets once every two years where the Executive Committee is elected “by” the Central Committee.

If we want to change the people that make policy, it is our responsibility to ensure that our choice will have a majority on the Party’s Central Committee, so that:

1. The person of our choosing is elected to the Executive Committee;
2. The person of our choosing wins the primary;
3. The person of our choosing gets on the ballot in the November Election;
4. The person of our choosing wins to change policy.

If we want to change policy it’s our responsibility to have elected members of our Party’s Central Committee.

Because there can be only one member of the Central Committee from each of the precincts, it is imperative that we locate, and encourage individuals that will adhere to the constitutional principles of limited government, free markets, and individual freedoms.

And so I conclude with:

Rule # 4

He who holds the office of Precinct Representative is he who holds the Power of the People…

The big question is… how do we educate, promote, and enlighten the people of the true business of the wards and precincts? How do we organize without creating division? There is only one way… You create one national organization with a central communications hub where the American people can learn, educate, enlighten, and communicate with each other. That national organization is the United Precincts of America. Folks, if you will unite by joining the United Precincts of America, and encourage others to do the same, I guarantee, America will once again hold and control the reigns of government.

Corporations

I feel a need to touch on the subject of corporations. I’m sure most of you are aware of the Occupy Wall Street Protest. These individuals are apparently dissatisfied with corporate America. I’m not sure of their agenda or ideology, but if their agenda is to take from the rich and install some sort of socialistic system and redistribute the wealth, it is an indictment of our educational system.

The answer is not to trash our constitution and our system of free enterprise. The answer is to reign in corruption. The answer is a return to our foundational principles and the rule of law as outlined in our Constitution. I’m not sure, but I suspect these individuals want to see an end to corruption, but they are wrong in their approach. They are misguided and they need our help. We can help them through instruction and education. Education is key!

Thomas Jefferson said this about education:

“I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”

Corporations are not evil… and unlike the U.S. Supreme Court, I believe the corporation is a thing in the same way a gun is a thing. The gun is not evil… the person behind the gun can use it for good or they can use it for evil. The same applies to a corporation. The corporate vehicle, and its existence, affirmed or denied, predicated on state law, is not in itself, evil… the people driving the vehicle can use it for good or they can use it for evil.

And… as for our politicians… let me say this… or better yet, let me relay to you what our founding fathers had to say.

Alexander Hamilton wrote this:

“for it is a truth, which the experience of all ages has attested, that the people are commonly most in danger when the means of insuring their rights are in the possession of those of whom they entertain the least suspicion.”

Thomas Jefferson said this with much vigor:

“It would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights; that confidence is every where the parent of despotism; free government is founded in jealousy, and not in confidence; it is jealousy, and not confidence, which prescribes limited constitutions to bind down those whom we are obliged to trust with power; that our Constitution has accordingly fixed the limits to which, and no farther, our confidence may go;”

Thomas Jefferson went on to say:

“In questions of power, then, let no more be said of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.”

George Washington said this:

“Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”

George Washington made it very clear that government is not to be trusted and must be confined to a strictly interpreted constitution or it would destroy the freedom it was designed to protect.

James Madison concerned about the human frailties in the leaders said this:

“It may be a reflection on human nature that such devices [as Constitutional chains] should be necessary to control the abuses of government. But what is government itself but the greatest of all reflections on human nature? … If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. [But lacking these] in framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: You must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.”

Distrust of power is not necessarily disrespect for leaders. The constitution was structured to permanently protect the people from the human imperfections of their representatives. The confidence of our Founding Fathers lay in the people… not the leaders… Especially trusted leaders, including themselves. They knew the greatest danger would arise when the people have complete trust in their leaders.

Corruption will forever remain as long as we are human… but, despite that fact, our founding fathers gave us a form of government whereby it can be controlled. Politically speaking, the American people have a moral and civic duty to be engaged in the political process, within their own precinct. The people properly engaged in their precinct will resolve a great deal of the corruption problem in government.

Today is a new day… Forget past discretion’s… that’s water under the bridge… but… From here-on-out, all Americans must be engaged in their precinct and capable of defending their own character and moral conduct. The answer lies within each and every American. The Great American Corporation can be improved but it will never happen if you are unwilling to be engaged in your own precinct… it will never happen if socialism and redistribution of wealth is the end-game; it will never happen with the mind-set of dependence on government hand-outs and worker unions. The whole of the Great American Experiment is of, by, and for the people… not majority or mob rule! America is a REPUBLIC… not a Democracy! No matter the condition of our government and the condition of our corporations… it’s a reflection of who we are… our nation is… of, by, and for the people! Government and corporations are what they are, because we have neglected our moral and civic duty. It is a reflection of the American people.

Over time, I will explain in more detail, how the American people can recapture the great American corporation. But, before that can happen, the American people must focus on the more important aspect, and that is, the reconstruction of the American precincts and fulfilling their most basic civic duties. Make no mistake, it is your responsibility, and… it is your civic duty. The very simple question for all Americans is this: do you want to manage your government the way you must or… do you want to continue as someone who meekly accepts being ruled by government, political parties, and politicians not of your choosing?
