Precinct Strategy I… The Permanent Solution!

The only permanent solution for controlling government is the precinct strategy. The key word here is PERMANENT! It has always been the permanent solution… it will always be the permanent solution.

I will lay-out for you all the information you need to get started. If you take this information and sit on your hands continuing to rely on the politicians and the media to feed you, you will accomplish nothing.

I have always rejected the notion that protesting and letter writing will accomplish anything. The fact is… it will not! That is not to say there is something wrong with protesting and letter writing. What I’m saying is this… if the precincts are properly organized; there would be no need for protesting and letter writing. Our politicians do pretty much what they want because the Precincts are not organized. Yes, the Washington protests by the tea party and 912 groups were effective and aroused America; but it also alarmed the politicians and… all of them have been maneuvering to maintain power. They know from past experience that they can dole a few carrots; begin to say what you want to hear, and the people will go back to sleep. They also know if the precincts are properly organized, their power over the people is lost.

I guarantee… if you will implement the information I’m giving you; focus on the task at hand; and if you will join and support the United Precincts of America, and mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor, I guarantee we will once again control our destiny and we will sit firmly in the drivers seat guiding the greatest country on planet earth. America… you decide… you are in control… and we must put our country above ourselves, above our personal ideology, and… above corporate profits.

The purpose of this web site is to encourage you to get engaged in your precinct and become an active member of United Precincts of America and… to show you, the American people, how our founding fathers intended our system to function from the ground up. The problem is this, we are so focused on protesting and letter writing, we forgot about the “ground” part of the “up”. The Precinct Strategy will focus on the “ground” portion or what a lot of people refer to as the grassroots. The grassroots is where you live and in political terms is referred to as either your ward or precinct.

The United Precincts of America is an organization established to operate outside the influence and the strong arms of government and political parties. United Precincts of America is non-partisan and the organizational focus is on the constitutional principals as established by our Founding Fathers, and… the reestablishment of our county precincts. I also want to be very clear… the United Precincts of America is not a political party! As a matter of fact, our founding fathers were fearful of the destructive power of political parties.

This is what George Washington had to say about Political Parties:

However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.

Those words from George Washington were a warning and in looking at the condition of our political parties, uniting the American Precincts is the required solution now more than ever.

George Washington also said this:

“The power of the Constitution will always be in the people. It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, and for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing; and, whenever it is executed contrary to their interest, or not agreeable to their wishes, their servants can and undoubtedly will be recalled”.

What I hear in that quote is this: If the people are not engaged, there is no power. To be engaged in a positive way you must move into an offensive posture and out of the current defensive posture. The Precinct Strategy is an offensive posture and the United Precincts of America is an organization on the offensive. Now, if the Precinct Strategy is offensive, what would a defensive posture look like?

I can think of a few things such as:

  1. Voting for the lesser of two evils.
  2. Protesting
  3. Letter writing
  4. Conspiracy theories
  5. Town hall meetings as you know them
  6. Claims of a leaderless movement… folks, there is no such thing… that is a defensive posture of denial based in fear… there is always a figurehead. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but… it’s the very leaders or the figureheads that use the word leaderless. The Precinct Strategy will never work as a leaderless movement. A leaderless movement is how France found themselves with a leader named Napoleon Bonaparte.

You will be learning the offensive posture which can only begin in your own precinct and… with leadership roles within your precincts.

For example: You will learn…

  1. What is a precinct?
  2. What is a precinct executive?
  3. What is the County structure?
  4. What is the County Central Committee?
  5. What is the State structure?
  6. What is the State Central Committee?
  7. What is a State Central Committeeman/Committeewoman?
  8. What is the 4th Branch of Government?
  9. How do you develop your precinct into a political machine?
  10. How do these precinct representatives and state committeemen get in office?
  11. How do the Central Committees function?
  12. What are the Roberts Rules of Order?

In addition to learning the precinct strategy, we’ll supply additional information on this site such as the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Law of Nations, the Federalist Papers, and information on our responsibilities as citizens. Additionally, we will include information on corporations and the free enterprise system and how Americans can recapture the Great American Corporation through the free enterprise system and not through some foolhardy socialistic agenda.

You often hear the line when talking about our elected representatives, that we expect our representatives to uphold our constitutional principles of limited government, free markets, and individual freedom. I have used that line myself; but… what are the constitutional principles of limited government, free markets, and individual freedom? I’m here to tell you it is more than a slogan and we’ll be discussing those constitutional principles.

Thomas Jefferson said this:

“I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”

Thomas Jefferson also said:

“America is not governed by the majority, but governed by the majority of those who participate”.

And… he also said:

“Experience has shown that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny”.

What does that mean? That means… It all begins with you… and you must participate in the political process via your precinct… not protesting on the streets of Washington! That is not to say there is something wrong with protesting. As I said earlier, if our precincts are well organized, there would not be the fear of tyranny and there would be no need to protest!

The Precinct Strategy along with a belief in “Divine Providence” is the only way to permanently return our country to its Constitutional and Foundational Roots. The Precinct Strategy will accomplish that mission Precinct-by-Precinct, County-by-County, State-by-State, and then Our Nation.

The Precinct Strategy, entails a tried-and-true, peaceful, Constitutional solution to our present political troubles. The procedures and system for this solution have been in existence for over 200 years but lost and forgotten for the past 100 years. All Americans need to be engaged in the process of governing their country.

The approach of United Precinct of America is the Precinct Strategy. Protesting and letter writing is not part of that strategy.

The simple truth is this: There is no amount of letter writing or protesting that will cause “permanent change”. There are no numbers of patriot groups that will cause “permanent change”. Permanent Change will only come through education and the combined efforts of all the people, engaged in their own precincts to determine local, state, and federal policy. But, there are some caveats… We must be knowledgeable of who we are… we must act on that knowledge… we must consolidate power precinct-by-precinct through one national organization outside the influence and strong arms of government, and political parties. Also, we must get away from the notion that somehow this can be accomplished through a leaderless movement and the formation of a thousand different groups.

If the American people will get engaged with the Precinct Strategy and learn the true business of the precincts, you will begin the process of rebuilding the power of the people at the precinct level; you will begin to understand how to manage your representatives; you begin to understand how to set in motion the process of rebuilding the Great American Corporation… it all begins with you.

I would like to ask all of you to please… come together as Americans and show your support by joining United Precincts of America.

And remember… be of value… stay engaged… accomplish the mission!
