 Oregon Mall Shooting: Gunman 'Tentatively' Identified (ABC News)

A masked gunman who opened fire in the crowded Clackamas Town Center mall in suburban Portland, Ore., killing two individuals and seriously injuring a third before killing himself, has been “tentatively” identified by police, though they have not yet released his name.

The shooter, wearing a white hockey mask, black clothing, and a bullet proof vest, tore through the mall around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, entering through a Macy’s store and proceeding to the food court and public areas spraying bullets, according to witness reports.

Police have not released the names of the deceased. Clackamas County Sheriff’s Department Lt. James Rhodes said authorities are in the process of notifying victims’ families.

The injured victim has been transported to a local hospital, according to Clackamas County Sheriff Craig Roberts.

This picture was retweeted by the Oregonian this evening. They say it is a picture of “police patrolling the parking lot” so the picture looked weird to me. I zoomed in and as far as I can tell those are soldiers. They have the digital ACU pattern, helmets, rifles, and some even look to be wearing body armor. I was in the Oregon national guard and did a tour in Iraq so I’m pretty familiar with the get up. The only thing different is the helmets. No digital ACU covering. I also could not tell of any of them had unit patches on their left shoulders. My resolution is not good enough.

I really just want this to get out. I’ve listened to you for years and have never seen this in real life. This is further strong evidence that the military and the police are merging In this country in a way that is not healthy for our liberties or what’s left of our republic.

Whether the men in the photo are police or National Guard, the image again illustrates how the militarization of America is becoming normalized off the back of shooting incidents like the one last night which occurred at the Clackamas Town Center mall, one of Portland’s busiest shopping centers with 185 stores and 20 cinema screens.

According to witnesses, the gunman wore camouflage fatigues, a bullet proof vest and a white hockey mask. He began firing rounds from a military-style rifle near the shopping mall’s food court. The shooter killed two people and badly injured another before turning the gun on himself and committing suicide.

Police almost immediately confirmed that there was only one shooter and were able to escort shoppers outside.

This tragic incident will undoubtedly be hijacked once again by gun control advocates and used to attack second amendment rights. The shooting occurred just a week after gun control became part of the national debate after NBC Sports announcer Bob Costas’ controversial comments when he called for more draconian gun control measures after the murder/suicide involving Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher and his girlfriend Kasandra Perkins.

Gun sales recently hit record all time highs, primarily driven by fears that President Barack Obama will use his lame duck term to follow through on a promise he made to work “under the radar” on new gun control policy. Gun manufacturer Smith & Wesson also recently announced a 48% surge in firearms sales and a quarterly profit of $21.2 million dollars.

Other readers emailed us to express concerns that shootings such as this and July’s ‘Batman massacre’ are greasing the skids for airport-style security and TSA agents conducting pat downs at large malls.

“All these watch towers may soon employ the shopping mall TSA into watching parking lots with guns and main door check points,” wrote one.

All about the Repentance of African President Museveni of Uganda.

We at InternatioanlChristianParty.com stand with and support this move to restore Uganda in the Spirit of Christ.   God says in the Bible that if we confess our sins and repent that he is able to forgive us he also says that he can heal the Land and Nation.  I only hope that the people of the world keep an eye on Uganda and see how good and great the promises of the one and only Holy God really are and follow this path.

The President addressed the nation and uttered these words:

If these words had been spoken by OUR president, it would be a great day indeed, but alas, they weren’t.  They were spoken by a real Christian President known as Yoweri Museveni of Uganda.  He spoke those words at the National Jubilee Prayers event held to celebrate the nation’s 50th anniversary of their independence from British rule.

The first step to a nation’s restoration is for the leadership to confess and repent of the nation’s sin along with those of the leadership.  Hezekiah repented of his sins and those of the nation.  God cured him of his illness and blessed the nation, until his Manasseh took the throne and did evil in the sight of the Lord.

If America wants to receive the blessings of God that we once had, it has to start with the President.  Barack Obama, who claims to be a Christian, needs to follow the lead of Museveni of Uganda.  He needs to genuinely confess the sins of the nation and himself, then truly repent of those sins and ask God and the people for forgiveness.  Then and only then, will God bless our land.  Until that happens, America is destined to suffer the same fate that Israel did under leaders like Omri and Ahab.

In Romans 13:1-4 we read: “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.”

We must always remember that our “kingdom is not of this world.” (John 18:36). If we become conformed to the ways of this world, how can we then “be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer.” (I Thessalonians 1:5). Are you suffering because you’re resisting the kingdom of Antichrist, or are you committing spiritual fornication by living deliciously with him? (Revelation 18:9). When criminal elements have a position of control and authority within the government, believers have an obligation to resist them–not to twist the scriptures into justification for compliance with an ungodly government. In Damascus, the Jews that had authority under the governmental edict establishing their position (John 11:48) sought to murder Saul (Acts 9:23). Saul escaped over the wall as he left Damascus. That sounds like resistance to me.

In practice, the International Christian Party  is considered conservative on cultural, social and moral issues ( not social conservatism) and advocates a Austrian Economic Society in the economic field (crossing over with Market economy and sabbath economics but based on the family). In the Nations, where their opponents have traditionally been secularist socialists,  the International Christian  parties are conservative overall.

Sheriff Stan Lenic, the cop who stood up for the First Amendment by refusing to impede the free speech rights of activists at Albany International Airport, has become an Internet icon, with messages of support flooding in to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office and Lenic being honored with a commendation.

A video that has now gone viral on You Tube shows Lenic refusing to follow the demands of Albany Airport’s PR director Doug Myers in having activists Jason Bermas and Ashley Jessica identified, detained or removed for handing out flyers warning travelers about the dangers of airport body scanners as part of the Opt Out and Film campaign.

“Obviously this is your constitutional right, OK? As far as you’re concerned, you’re not breaking any laws. That’s what we want to get across to you guys,” Lenic told the activists, dismissing efforts by Myers to have the two kicked out of the airport.

When Myers attempted to have the activists identify themselves, winking at Sheriff Lenic as he demanded Lenic take their IDs, Lenic fired back, stating, “If I was to ask for his identification he does not have to give it to me because he’s not doing anything wrong.”

The Albany County Sheriff’s Office has since been bombarded with hundreds of positive emails and calls from liberty lovers championing Sheriff Lenic for his fine work in defending the First Amendment against petty enforcers like Doug Myers.

Comments on YouTube were also overwhelmingly supportive of Sheriff Lenic.

“Finally a cop that does his job properly. Makes a change from all of the bad cop films we’ve seen lately. Hats off to the man,” wrote one.

“This Sheriff is an absolute paragon for justice,” added another.

Lenic already has his own Facebook page where people are reposting the video and urging Lenic to run for Mayor.

“That’s a little overwhelming. I mean, I was doing my job I felt I was doing the right thing protecting people’s First Amendment rights,” Lenic told NewsChannel 13.

Lenic later emailed Jason Bermas the following message;

“I am overwhelmed by the support your viewers have given me. I hope other fellow officers will see this and not view the freedom of speech as a threat, but an opportunity to show the professionalism that law enforcement should be held to. I remember the day I was sworn in, and I remember that I am supposed to protect the constitution of the United States. I am proud to be a Deputy Sheriff, and try to do my job to the best of my ability so help me God.”

Lenic also told Bermas that his superiors were considering giving him an official commendation for his exemplary actions in defending the constitutional rights he swore to uphold.

The government has declared with NDAA that it can lock anyone up forever or kill them without any proof or due process. DHS has placed an order for 450 million rounds of Hollow Point ammo. Obama can now declare martial law during peace time. I think that just about says it all.

Cell Phones WiIl Hurt you! (Everywhere) Privacy you no longer have!

After reviewing just the basic programs that you need to operate a smart phone…when you go to applications, for example and look at google mail..it states they have right to go into your mail, look at your documents and alter (even if it is confidential) , change your contacts or even delete contacts, have access to your text message and pictures, they can even use your text and phone to call and send messages. So with that said…they have access to your mail by default because you have to use that program on your phone to be activated for most functions on your phone to work properly.
If you go through all the programs you have on your phone before adding more apps, they all say pretty much the same thing. But look at the big picture…where are these phone made (China, Japan, Korea)! Government employees are using these phones just as much as anyone else..what can be worse then countries that are making these phones have access to sensitive material including personal information that can be of use in sensitive ways including…where they are, their pictures, their contacts and their email documents.
Now your family members are adding app after app with location settings needing to be active on the devices for them to be of service. With that said there is apps and even programs that someone can see all cell phones in that area so a possible predator can single out possible victims. What about some family members who take pictures of their drivers license, SSN and other highly personal information for identity theft to be easy..not alone..logging into bank accounts..in which you are allowing the manufacture to have access to with your passwords and all. Also think about this, these apps also are being allowed to turn on your video camand recorder on your cell at any given time to listen and look at your surroundings. They do not have to inform you when they do, what they alter or delete or whom they give your information to. Also keep in mind that a lot of the apps are created by criminals that are making it legal to commit crimes against you by just getting their free app.So the matter of this news story, if we buy these cell phones from a company ..just say Sprint, shouldn’t they be liability for use licensing with the apps for the purpose of the basic operation of the phone and not carried over to us making ourselves liable for any misuse of our privacy in which will will not know? Should the consumer buying the cell phone have licensing right to know when an invasion by the app provider went into the phone and made changes?

For another quick check of what your allowing your cell phone maker to do to you…go to settings, then look at what system your phone uses..Android system for example, click that and read of the privacy you no longer have!

Let me not to forget to mention the negative heath effects Cell phones can have on your body because of the radiation-emitting  device inside of cell phones that allow it to transmit the communication signals

The White Horse Prophecy is a statement purported to have been made in 1843 by Joseph Smith, Jr., founder of the Latter Day Saint movement, regarding the future of the Latter Day Saints (Mormons) and the United States of America. The Latter Day Saints, according to the prophecy, would “go to the Rocky Mountains and … be a great and mighty people”, identified figuratively with the White Horse described in the Revelation of John. The prophecy further predicts that the United States Constitution will one day “hang like a thread” and will be saved “by the efforts of the White Horse”.[1]

Some have speculated, on the basis of the White Horse Prophecy, that Mormons expect the United States to eventually become a theocracy dominated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church).[2][3] The authenticity of the prophecy as a whole, which was not made public until long after Smith’s death, is debated, and the leadership of the LDS Church has stated that “the so-called ‘White Horse Prophecy’ … is not embraced as Church doctrine.”[4] However, the belief that members of the LDS Church will one day need to take action to save the imperiled US Constitution has been attributed to Smith in several sources and has been discussed in an approving fashion by Brigham Young and other LDS leaders.

Several famous Mormons have made statements related to the White Horse Prophecy. For instance, US presidential candidate Mitt Romney has said he considers the White Horse Prophecy to be a matter of “speculation and discussion by [LDS] church members” and “not official [LDS] church doctrine.”[5]

This same company also is counting votes for many other countries around the world.  Bain alumni, now raising big money as Romney bundlers are also in the electronic voting machine business. This appears to be a repeat of the the infamous former CEO of Diebold Wally O’Dell, who raised money for Bush while his company supplied voting machines and election management software in the 2004 election.

Spanish online voting company SCYTL bought the largest vote processing corporation in the United States, it also acquired the means of manufacturing the outcome of the 2012 election. For SOE, the Tampa based corporation purchased by SCYTL in January, supplies the election software which records, counts, and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states–900 total jurisdictions–across the nation.

And although the votes will be cast in hometown, American precincts on Election Day, with the Barcelona-based SCYTL taking charge of the process, they will be routed and counted overseas.

SCYTL itself is a leader in internet voting technology and in 2010 was involved in modernizing election systems for the midterm election in 14 American states.

But although SCYTL’s self-proclaimed reputation for security had won the company the Congressionally approved task of handling internet voting for American citizens and members of the military overseas, upon opening the system for use in the District of Columbia, the University of Michigan fight song “The Victors” was suddenly heard after the casting of each ballot. The system had been hacked by U of M computer teachers and students in response to a challenge by SCYTL that anyone who wished to do so, might try!

Nevertheless, in spite of warnings by experts across the nation, American soldiers overseas will once again vote via the internet in 2012. And because SCYTL will control the method of voting and—thanks to the purchase of SOE–the method of counting the votes as well, there “…will be no ballots, no physical evidence, no way for the public to authenticate who actually cast the votes…or the count.”

The American advocacy group Project Vote has concluded that SCYTL’s internet voting system isvulnerable to attack from the outside AND the inside, a situation which could result in “…an election that does not accurately reflect the will of the voters…” Talk about having a flair for understatement!
