Israel and the Palestinians Gaza conflict nothing more than a False flag iron triangle operations designed to deceive the world

I believe that the Israel and Palestinian Gaza conflict is a false flag operation being carried out by Illuminati family’s and Satanic secret society’s to set up World War 3.   The Illuminati family’s control and have infiltrated just about every facet of society they do control key Government offices as well as private corporations through a type of iron triangle. In United States politics, the iron triangle comprises the policy-making relationship among the congressional committees, the bureaucracy, and interest groups.[1]  Illuminati Satanic secret societies, have been behind a wide range of events and disasters going as far back in history as the French Revolution and possibly even farther.

It is a historical fact the Hamas was founded by the Israel government Israel may want to destroy Hamas now. But it played a key role in the group’s creation. According to JerusalemOnline.com  “Israel actively supported Hamas” Documents show that Israel was interested in empowering Hamas in attempt to end the first Intifada. During Operation “Protective Edge”, news leaks website WikiLeaks exposes secret documents which were passed between American diplomats in the 1980’s. These documents allegedly show that Israel was interested in enabling Hamas activity in its beginning, intending to weaken the Palestine Liberation Organization and ending the first Intifada.  Hamas was established in 1987, and has its origins in Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood that the United States General Patraeous, the CIA  Creatures of Jesuit Papacy and the Knights of Malta helped to …Israel and Egypt then imposed an economic blockade on Gaza.  Even US Congressman Ron Paul spoke about how  Israel created Hamas to destabilize Arafat who was very powerful at the time.

Thanks to the Mossad, Israel’s “Institute for Intelligence and Special Tasks”, the Hamas was allowed to reinforce its presence in the occupied territories. Meanwhile, Arafat’s Fatah Movement for National Liberation as well as the Palestinian Left were subjected to the most brutal form of repression and intimidation.  Let us not forget that it was Israel, which in fact created Hamas. According to Zeev Sternell, historian at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, “Israel thought that it was a smart ploy to push the Islamists against the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO)”. The Hamas had built its strength through its various acts of sabotage of the peace process, in a way which was compatible with the interests of the Israeli government. In turn, the latter sought in a number of ways, to prevent the application of the Oslo accords. In other words, Hamas was fulfilling the functions for which it was originally created: to prevent the creation of a Palestinian State. And in this regard, Hamas and Ariel Sharon, see eye to eye; they are exactly on the same wave length. 

A majority of the worlds problems, from poverty to world wars, are the cause of International “satanic secret society,” Banking cartel.  Many or the Worlds religions and their representatives are secretly being controlled by Secret Satanic Society’s such as the most famous Freemasons who have been influencing and trying to control secular society with a Satanic agenda that Albert Pike (December 29, 1809 – April 2, 1891) wrote about in a book he published called Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in 1871. Albert Pike was an American attorney, Confederate officer, writer, and Freemason. Albert Pike wrote a letter to Giuseppe Mazzini, dated August 15, 1871.  This letter graphically outlined plans for three world wars that were seen as necessary to bring about the One World Order, and we can marvel at how accurately it has predicted events that have already taken place.

Pike’s Letter to Mazzini: It is a commonly believed fallacy that for a short time, the Pike letter to Mazzini was on display in the British Museum Library in London, and it was copied by William Guy Carr, former Intelligence Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy. The British Library has confirmed in writing to me that such a document has never been in their possession. Furthermore, in Carr’s book, Satan, Prince of this World, Carr includes the following footnote:

“The Keeper of Manuscripts recently informed the author that this letter is NOT catalogued in the British Museum Library. It seems strange that a man of Cardinal Rodriguez’s knowledge should have said that it WAS in 1925”.

It appears that Carr learned about this letter from Cardinal Caro y Rodriguez of Santiago, Chile, who wrote The Mystery of Freemasonry Unveiled.

To date, no conclusive proof exists to show that this letter was ever written. Nevertheless, the letter is widely quoted and the topic of much discussion.

Following are apparently extracts of the letter, showing how Three World Wars have been planned for many generations.

“The First World War must be brought about in order to permit the Illuminati to overthrow the power of the Czars in Russia and of making that country a fortress of atheistic Communism. The divergences caused by the “agentur” (agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic Empires will be used to foment this war. At the end of the war, Communism will be built and used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the religions.” 2

Students of history will recognize that the political alliances of England on one side and Germany on the other, forged between 1871 and 1898 by Otto von Bismarck, co-conspirator of Albert Pike, were instrumental in bringing about the First World War.

“The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine. During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social cataclysm.” 3

After this Second World War, Communism was made strong enough to begin taking over weaker governments. In 1945, at the Potsdam Conference between Truman, Churchill, and Stalin, a large portion of Europe was simply handed over to Russia, and on the other side of the world, the aftermath of the war with Japan helped to sweep the tide of Communism into China.

Since the terrorist attacks of Sept 11, 2001, world events, and in particular in the Middle East, show a growing unrest and instability between Modern Zionism and the Arabic World. This is completely in line with the call for a Third World War to be fought between the two, and their allies on both sides. This Third World War is still to come, and recent events show us that it is not far off.

So, I was driving on the way home from some early morning errands when I did the uncharacteristic thing of turning on the early morning news, on the radio. You see, I’m no ignorant, but I chose to steer away from things like the news, television and radio broadcast, along with the papers in fear of the dogma attached to them. I don’t want to be brainwashed anymore.

Back to the driving along and listening to the news… Illuminati methods of what I like to refer to as “herding” the masses are employed on a daily basis. Now I have always been aware of certain methods. I believe growing in a rural community and attending a uni that was relatively new at the time, allowed for us “free thinkers” to blossom that little bit more. I got lucky, I was taught during that time to always read between the lines of what the media present to us not to just accept it as gospel.

The Illuminati set up situations over the years to fail, in order to have the opportunity to present to the public another “better” alternative under the guise of a different organization or government. With this model, we are open to the new alternative as we despair at the failings of other attempts. It’s under this clever Illuminati guise that we embrace their next notion which is also planned from the beginning to fail, and so the wheel turns, until they have their desired effect—usually a mass population dependent on their spoon feeding, not so different from a welfare state.

So back in the car, I’m listening to the news. The main topics are as follows:

*The Carbon Tax Scheme in Australia.
*Egypt’s state of affairs with their “revolution” and the American stance.
*The new loans available to farmers in Australia at low interest rates.
*The NBN role out (telecommunications upgrade in Australia)
Each topic stunk of Illuminati tactic!

The Carbon Tax. One Labor Prime Minister has been ousted by her own party for the return of the original PM at the beginning of the term. (For those not familiar Kevin Rudd was initially pushed aside for Julia Gillard who served a short term, and then Kevin Rudd returned—all without a people’s vote!). Right here is a tactic well used in Western Society, usually with opposing governments, ie Labor versus Liberal in the commonwealth or Republic versus Democrats in the States. Usually one party props up the other in the form of an arch rather than opposing force. We all know they have the same agenda which is presented in a different light. When one fails, we happily accept the other. It’s an Illuminati trait. Here in Australia, the bold move of Labor leader versus Labor leader has occurred. A political moment in history, I must say!

It struck me that Gillard and Rudd are most likely friends. Yes, I said it fellow Australians, they are friends. Not the enemy they wish us to believe. Gillard brought forward the Carbon Tax in our country, much to the angst of the people, after she ousted K Rudd. The cost of living has sky rocketed, morality is low, the Aussie spirit is struggling. Then we are given hope—bring back “K Rudd”, let’s show Gillard she is not worthy! Yes, he comes back…we cheer, we applaud, hell, he even followed me on Twitter (makes me wonder why) and what I hear on the radio is her policy from his mouth, and being brought forward another 12 months. Let’s not forget both these people were part of Agenda 21 amongst other things.

This is an Illuminati tactic. Prop one thing or person or political party against the other in the public domain, though behind doors they are all having a grand dinner party together. When the other is proposed to the public, the public tend to embrace the new idea, never thinking the concept is the same, relieved for a brief second that things are being accomplished.

Egypt’s state of affairs. In short, the USA (essentially a Freemason/Illuminati country) falls short on their promises of democracy for this once beautiful country, but rather helps finance the “military coup” which is occurring. On top of this, The United Arab front is pouring in four times the amount of cash to help with the USA agenda. All that support this, are rich in oil- and who owns the oil? Rothschild? Hmmm, food for thought here, I don’t think I need to spell it out if you’re already reading this blog. A New World Order tactic perhaps?

Back on the home front—The farmer’s new loan. A new policy to give farmers which are close to bankruptcy, access to low interest loans of up to 650K, with an almost no questions ask policy. It is rumored that the New World Order can only succeed when they control a central source of the world’s food. They can only do this by driving farmers financially into the ground. Australia is a large source of farming for our “old” world. Do I need to say anymore? The applications for the loans are being posted to farmers next week. They don’t need to go into the manager at their local bank to ask, this is a hand out at low rates. When the farmers run out of this money, how will they repay them? They will lose their farms of course. A United Nations tactic for the preparation of the New World Order? Have a think about it.

By the time I got home my head banged with this information, and my stomach ached. If I hear the words 10 year plan again I’ll scream. That was the other common thread in the news. Everything had a ten year plan in Australia. The “role out” of the NBN in Australia, (new telecommunications) which has so far been disastrous, is on a “ten year plan”. The amount of times I heard the word pyramid when describing the role of the workers as sub contractors in this 10 year plan, made my head spin—and this was at a local level! If this fails, does this then set the scene for something more ambitious with the net and monitoring. Will they sell the next step when the NBN fails, as the necessity for society—that we must accept this better plan because the other failed? Maybe while the Illuminati are at it, we can have a microchip planted into the foreheads of our new born babes…

I guess what I’m trying to say is that we need to open our eyes to all the suggestion around us. The New World Order agenda surrounds me as it does you. Everywhere I look, everywhere I listen, there’s something. Everywhere I turn…even the shop windows are filled with clothing labeled with Illuminati symbolism. White wolves pictured in triangles with “freedom” scrawled beneath the image. At OPSM (an optometrist) a sign with a respectable model wearing glasses has the Do or Die snake tattooed on his wrist—now come on? Really? And I live in a country town. The music I listen too has the biggest effect on me, and I am too aware I have become reliant on music from a band which is blatantly Illuminati. I need to be cautious.

No one is exempt. No one is safe. We have been programmed since childhood, and our children today are at more risk than ever. But this is another blog for discussion. This is not paranoia.

I have been reporting that OCCUPY MOVEMENT FOR COMMUNIST REVOLUTION is a Communist party run operation and now it looks as if the Occupy Movement is jumping in bed with the Muslim Brother hood.  In recent days, the Muslim Brotherhood appears to be jumping on the bandwagon of Occupy Wall Street protests already in motion to promote their own platform.   Its looking like Gorge soros is be behind the LIBYAN CONSULATE ATTACK and the Communist, Occupy Movment has found a New Zeal for the pro-Iran/Cuba/North Korea/China/Venezuela Workers World Party, through its fronts, the International Action Center and United National Anti-war Coalition, is planning anti-War rallies across America in October. At the first national conference call to organize the protests, held at the end of August, 49 people from 17 U.S. states and British Colombia in Canada participated. Many of the areas reported work already underway to organize actions on the Oct. 5-7 weekend. 

U.S. GAVE THE Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt $1.5 billion a week ago and they pay us back by tearing down our American flag at our Embassy and burning it before putting up their black flag. You cannot deal with insane people but the apology is being written for publication shortly. We now know that George Soros is behind this year’s revolts in Egypt and Tunisia, riots in Morocco, protests at Israel’s borders, and even Occupy Wall Street protests here at home. The relationship between international communism, Occupy Movement, Iran and Islamic terrorism, can no longer be denied by any serious commentator. An international “crisis management” group led by billionaire George Soros long has petitioned for the Egyptian government to normalize ties with the Muslim Brotherhood. We also know according reports several that George Soros Funds Occupy Wall Street. and   , including one from FrontPageMag that an alliance is in fact being forged. The reports connect George Soros to the Muslim Brotherhood through his various shadow organizations including the International Crisis Group and his new spokesmen, Marwan Muasher and Mohamed ElBaradei. DON’T COUNT ON Snopes for any truths. George Soros has paid off the owners of Snopes and that is the reason everything about Obama was told was not true! Of course, when you are paid off you are being paid to lie.  It is important to know if Barack Obama works for George Soros, but even more vital to understand who George Soros may work for. 

Is George Soros Forging a Closer Alliance With the Muslim Brotherhood?
Many American and Western patriots view financier and George Soros as almost the devil incarnate.
An inveterate funder of leftist causes around the world, and paymaster of the US Democratic Party, Soros is often seen as the puppet master of the Obama Administration and responsible for many of the problems that beset the West.
While I have no doubt that Soros is every bit as malevolent as his opponents paint him, I think it is dangerous to assume that he is at the top of the of the anti-American food chain.
It is important to know if Barack Obama works for George Soros, but even more vital to understand who George Soros may work for.
There is no doubt that Soros has heavily promoted communist and socialist causes in several countries. Is that because Soros hates America so much, that he is willing to fund its enemies? Or is it because Soros himself is part of a very much alive, but low profile communist apparatus?
Let’s look at that possibility.
Commentators have pointed out that in order for George Soros to have achieved what he did in his early days, he must have been favored by the communists. The following observations have been made by prominent Czech former dissident leader Petr Cibulka.

George Soros as a young man traded currencies on the black market during the Nazi occupation of Hungary. Soros lived there until 1946 when he left the country as it was under Soviet occupation and he, without money and at age of 16, ended up in London, U.K. in 1947. According to claims Soros has made, he left his native Hungary because of the Soviet occupation.

Simply said, this must be explained to the American public because these facts are not possible to be true under any normal circumstances. Soros admits to trade currencies on the black market, but that was always punishable by death during the Nazi era in any occupied country. Also what is important is the allegation that the Soros family collaborated with the Hungarian Nazi regime during WW2.

That would make the whole family [no doubt] a target of reprisals from the victims of the Nazi regime and the occupying Soviet forces would treat Soros’ family very harshly [most of the high level Nazi collaborators were hanged]. The only way out of this would be an agreement to co-operate with the GRU Soviet [Russian] military intelligence or perhaps also with the NKVD [later KGB] espionage.

Young George was able to leave the country, he was able to make it through countless Red Army check points, without a passport that would be valid, without a Soviet approved permit to leave the country, without money and without any outside help.

Soros was not only able to “pass through” these check points, but he was able to cross the border to Austria, where the Red Army was also present at the time, and Soros was able to get through the Red Army check points in Austria and “defect” to the West all the way to London, U.K. Un-parallel achievement and because of my personal experiences as a political refugee who had to go through some difficulties escaping the communist oppression, I know what I’m talking about.

I don’t know how this Soros’ “life story” sounds to anybody, but this is impossible to happen unless George had a permit and proper Soviet approved passport, because if he was so brave to try to run these check points, he would’ve been shot dead on the spot by the communists.

His stay in the U.K. and his 1947 enrollment to London School of Economics, and to be able financially to support himself during that time, with no mentioned substantial help or financial backing and to be able to graduate in 1952 at that young age, this all gives me chills where I missed my own opportunities and how come I wasn’t able to be so “fortunate” and to have such “miraculous achievements” in my life.

Soros, after a brief period of working in financial services in Britain, was able to start his own financial institution. What an achievement again. No money at all from the beginning and after just a few years he’s got his own financial company.

That requires starting capital, these expensive ventures don’t come easy, these are not hamburger stands, but virtual banks with lots of money inside – who supplied the money to Soros or has he won a huge jackpot in Britain?

In his “Opening the Soviet System,” Soros recollects about his 1989 Prague meeting with communist Czechoslovakian leader Marian Calfa and says the following:

Together with Prince Karel Schwartzenberg we went to see Marian Calfa, who was then acting president. It was meant to be a courtesy visit but it turned into a moving occasion. Calfa opened his heart. He said that the last three weeks had really shaken his view of the world. He had not realized how far out of touch his party was with reality.

He had had an intimate conversation with Jiri Dienstbier, the former political prisoner and newly-appointed Foreign Minister, and that is when he found out that dissidents’ children had been regularly denied the right to be educated in Czechoslovakia. (Dienstbier’s daughter had managed to get to Switzerland.)

He was deeply ashamed and determined to establish democracy in Czechoslovakia. We all agreed that it was imperative to have Vaclav Havel elected president by the present rubber-stamp parliament; to organize a plebiscite would delay matters and create uncertainties.

Havel as president would consolidate the “gentle revolution.” Unfortunately, the leaders of the party do not agree with me but, as acting president, I have certain prerogatives and I intend to use them,’ he said. He sounded genuine and we were impressed.

It was an unbelievable situation: the head of an apparatus of repression which only a few weeks ago hit students on the head voluntarily abdicating in favor of a dissident without an organization who would have trouble winning a plebiscite.

According to Cibulka and Allan, Calfa was never a president, but a Prime Minister. He changed positions after he was for some years the Deputy PM in communist Czechoslovakia. The authors also make some interesting claims about Dienstbier:

Jiri Dienstbier – during the 1950?s and 1960?s, alleged KGB or directly GRU cadre, as communist journalist he was able to travel around the World during the communist era in Czechoslovakia. Between 1958-69, he worked as foreign political commentator and editor for Czechoslovak [communist] Radio. Between 1964-67, Dienstbier was the CZ Radio correspondent for the Far East and was in Jakarta, Indonesia at the time when there was [thank God unsuccessful] a communist coup.

In 1968-69, he worked as foreign correspondent in the United States, possibly for communist party newspaper Red Right [Rude Pravo]. A CPCZ member since 1958 till 1970, Dienstbier is a founding member of Charter 77, a speaker of Charter 77 in 1979 and later in 1985. After the “collapse of communism” in Czechoslovakia, he became Czechoslovak Government’s Deputy Prime Minister in a government of PM Marian Calfa and Dienstbier later became CZ Foreign Minister. While in his post as Foreign Minister, Dienstbier was involved in various scandals regarding appointing various “former” communists and STB agents [STB foreign espionage section mostly] as Czechoslovak Ambassadors around the World.

Cibulka also comments on Soros’ later ties to communist regimes and movements:

Circa 1978, Frantisek Janouch, “former” Czech communist and nuclear physicist, and George Soros were key financial backers of the Charter 77 Foundation in Stockholm, Sweden. It was asserted that the foundation was an “anti-communist” group, however it was sending funds to communist Czechoslovakia, Vaclav Havel and company. Janouch claims that Soros supplied 1/3 of the total amount of these funds.

On Dec. 14, 1989, Soros was present at the meeting in Prague on December 14, 1989 where he, Janouch, Karel Jan Schwartzenberg (later to become Vaclav Havel’s Chief of Staff) met with Czechoslovak newly appointed Prime Minister, a communist and allegedly KGB and STB agent, Marian Calfa. Calfa thanked Soros for everything he had done for Czechoslovakia.

Soros was also the main financial contributor to the Polish Labor Union called Solidarity. Its leadership had to be made up of members of the Communist Party, or of communist agents.

It is strange that Soros was allowed to set up his Open Society Institutions in the communist Hungary in 1984 and later in the Soviet Union in 1987. Such ventures were only possible for communists or communist agents and not for an American businessmen like Soros. The agreement between Soros and the communist government in Hungary had to be approved by the Communist Party General Secretary Janosz Kadar. Kadar was during the 1950s personally involved in torture and murders of anti-communist opposition members in Hungary.

Soros’ involvement in South Africa, followed a similar pattern.
Soros has been involved in financing organizations in South Africa since 1979, though most of the money he made came from his British Pound scheme in 1992. Much of the money went into communist dominated South African Unions and also to Cape Town University where Soros financed people who are today involved in the African National Congress/South African Communist Party government.
In 1986, Soros attempted to set up his Open Society Foundation in communist China.

I went to China [in 1986 – ed. note] with Liang Heng, who became my personal representative, and set up a foundation on the Hungarian model with Chen Yizi’s institute as my partner. Boo Tung, Communist party General Secretary Zhao Ziyang’s principal secretary, cut through the red tape and approved the foundation on the spot.

Both he and the foundation got into a lot of trouble as a consequence because his political enemies tried to use the foundation as a vehicle for attacking him. They prepared an elaborate dossier which claimed that I was a CIA agent and anti-Communist conspirator.

Boo Tung counter-attacked and presented voluminous information about my other foundations to prove my good faith. That was not too difficult because I had always been very open about my intentions and by 1987 I had also established a foundation in Moscow.

Nevertheless, some high party council decided to liquidate the foundation and refund the money. It took the personal intervention of Zhao Ziyang to rescind the decision. He arranged for Chen Yizi to resign as co-chairman and for the International Cultural Exchange Center, whose chairman turned out to be a high official in the security service, to take over as our host organization.

Cibulka asks exactly how George Soros, could prove, as an American citizen and therefore enemy of the communists, that he was NOT a CIA spy and anti-communist?

How is it possible, that the General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party fixed the problem for Soros – “this wouldn’t happen unless (UNLESS) Soros is a communist agent himself and is involved in communist operations – otherwise they would never allow Soros inside the country nor would they allow him to open as much as a hot dog stand in a Beijing (or Moscow).”

All of this is circumstantial. There is no smoking gun that Soros was ever recruited by the Soviets or Chinese, only a pattern of association that should raise alarm bells.
It is bad enough that George Soros spends vast sums backing enemies of American Western freedom.
Even worse would be to find that Soros is part of an East vs West war, that most Westerners thought died in the dawn of the 1990s.
Who does George Soros work for? Himself, or as yet unidentified masters?

The United National Anti-war Coalition has called for protest actions across the country on the anniversary of the imperialist U.S. invasion of Afghanistan.
At the first national conference call to organize the protests, held at the end of August, 49 people from 17 U.S. states and British Colombia in Canada participated. Many of the areas reported work already underway to organize actions on the Oct. 5-7 weekend.
In the Los Angeles area, two coalitions had begun to build demonstrations. Speaking for one of the groups, John Parker of the International Action Center expressed his readiness to discuss holding a common demonstration. This was also the suggestion of the UNAC leaders on the call.
Among the slogans UNAC is promoting are “No wars! No sanctions! No drone attacks! Bring all the troops home now!” “Self-determination for the people of Syria and Iran!” and “No to racism, raids and repression! No to Islamophobia!”
The relationship between international communism, Iran and Islamic terrorism, can no longer be denied by any serious commentator.

According to their folk-lore there exists a man, known as Kushtaka who can shape-shift to an otter and has the ability to lure innocent people and trap them. This theory surrounded by the amount of missing persons list that the state puts up is enough to confirm and verify the truth about Alaska’s Bermuda Triangle.  The region’s statistical data of 2,883 missing persons is adequate proof about the insolvability of Alaska’s Bermuda Triangle. The state ranks 50th among the nation’s population count.

My name is Douglas A. Mutschler CW2, USA (ret) and during my service tour in Alaska I was informed of a pyramid under the land in Alaska. There is other information concerning this that came to my attention after it was reported to us in 1992. I have tried to pass this info to others but have not heard any response to my information. I assure you I am telling you the truth about this and I think that this is being kept quiet by our government as the news was buried the very next day after it was brought to my attention. If you can help me get this info out to you please call me so I can talk to you about this. My phone number ——-. The whole story is pretty interesting and this can be verified with your contacts I’m assured of that, as I do not have them and came up with zero from the news people there. Back to the Alaskan one if you look diagonally to the low right not as pronounced is what could be a secondary smaller pyramid.

Peaceful nuclear explosions (PNEs) are nuclear explosions conducted for non-military purposes, such as activities related to economic development including the creation of canals. During the 1960s and 1970s, both the United States and the Soviet Union conducted a number of PNEs.
Six of the explosions by the Soviet Union are considered to have been of an applied nature, not just tests.
Subsequently the United States and the Soviet Union halted their programs. Definitions and limits are covered in the Peaceful Nuclear Explosions Treaty of 1976. The Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty of 1996 prohibits all nuclear explosions, regardless of whether they are for peaceful purposes or not.

In the PNE Treaty the signatories agreed: not to carry out any individual nuclear explosions having a yield exceeding 150 kilotons; not to carry out any group explosion (consisting of a number of individual explosions) having an aggregate yield exceeding 1,500 kilotons; and not to carry out any group explosion having an aggregate yield exceeding 150 kilotons unless the individual explosions in the group could be identified and measured by agreed verification procedures. The parties also reaffirmed their obligations to comply fully with the Limited Test Ban Treaty of 1963.
The parties reserve the right to carry out nuclear explosions for peaceful purposes in the territory of another country if requested to do so, but only in full compliance with the yield limitations and other provisions of the PNE Treaty and in accord with the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
Articles IV and V of the PNE Treaty set forth the agreed verification arrangements. In addition to the use of national technical means, the Treaty states that information and access to sites of explosions will be provided by each side, and includes a commitment not to interfere with verification means and procedures.
The protocol to the PNE Treaty sets forth the specific agreed arrangements for ensuring that no weapon-related benefits precluded by the Threshold Test Ban Treaty are derived by carrying out a nuclear explosion used for peaceful purposes, including provisions for use of the hydrodynamic yield measurement method, seismic monitoring and on-site inspection.
The agreed statement that accompanies the Treaty specifies that a “peaceful application” of an underground nuclear explosion would not include the developmental testing of any nuclear explosive.
[edit]United States: Operation Plowshare

One of the Chariot schemes involved chaining five thermonuclear devices to create the artificial harbor.
Operation Plowshare was the name of the U.S. program for the development of techniques to use nuclear explosives for peaceful purposes. The name was coined in 1961, taken from Micah 4:3 (“And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more”). Twenty-eight nuclear blasts were detonated between 1961 and 1973.
One of the first U.S. proposals for peaceful nuclear explosions that came close to being carried out was Project Chariot, which would have used several hydrogen bombs to create an artificial harbor at Cape Thompson, Alaska. It was never carried out due to concerns for the native populations and the fact that there was little potential use for the harbor to justify its risk and expense. There was also talk of using nuclear explosions to excavate a second Panama Canal.[1]
The largest excavation experiment took place in 1962 at the Department of Energy’s Nevada Test Site. The Sedan nuclear test carried out as part of Operation Storax displaced 12 million tons of earth, creating the largest man-made crater in the world, generating a large nuclear fallout over Nevada and Utah. Three tests were conducted in order to stimulate natural gas production, but the effort was abandoned as impractical because of cost and radioactive contamination of the gas.[2][3]
There were many negative impacts from Project Plowshare’s 27 nuclear explosions. For example, the Gasbuggy site,[3] located 55 miles east of Farmington, New Mexico, still contains nuclear contamination from a single subsurface blast in 1967.[4] Other consequences included blighted land, relocated communities, tritium-contaminated water, radioactivity, and fallout from debris being hurled high into the atmosphere. These were ignored and downplayed until the program was terminated in 1977, due in large part to public opposition, after $770 million had been spent on the project.[5]
[edit]Soviet Union: Nuclear Explosions for the National Economy

The Soviet Union conducted a much more vigorous program of 239 nuclear tests, some with multiple devices, between 1965 and 1988 under the auspices of Program No. 6 and Program No. 7-Nuclear Explosions for the National Economy. Its aims and results were similar to those of the American effort, with the exception that many of the blasts were considered applications, not tests.[6] The best known of these in the West was the Chagan test in January 1965 as radioactivity from the Chagan test was detected over Japan by both the U.S. and Japan. The United States complained to the Soviets, but the matter was dropped.
In the 1970, the Soviet Union started the “Deep Seismic Sounding” Program, that included the use of peaceful nuclear explosions to create seismic deep profiles. Compared to the usage of conventional explosives or mechanical methods, nuclear explosions allow the collection of longer seismic profiles (up to several thousand kilometers).[7]
There are proponents for continuing the PNE programs in modern Russia. They (e.g. A. Koldobsky) state that the program already paid for itself and saved the USSR billions of rubles and can save even more if continued. They also allege that the PNE is the only feasible way to put out large fountains and fires on natural gas deposits and the safest and most economically viable way to destroy chemical weapons.
Their opponents (include the academician A.V. Yablokov) [8] state that all PNE technologies have non-nuclear alternatives and that many PNEs actually caused nuclear disasters.
Reports on the successful Soviet use of nuclear explosions in extinguishing out-of-control gas well fires were widely cited in United States policy discussions of options for stopping the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.[9][10]

Germany at one time considered manufacturing nuclear explosives for civil engineering purposes. In the early 1970s a feasibility study was conducted for a project to build a canal from the Mediterranean Sea to the Qattara Depression in the Western Desert of Egypt using nuclear demolition. This project proposed to use 213 devices, with yields of 1 to 1.5 megatons detonated at depths of 100 to 500 m, to build this canal for the purpose of producing hydroelectric power.
The Smiling Buddha, India’s first explosive nuclear device was described by the Indian Government as a peaceful nuclear explosion.
In Australia proposed blasting was put forward as a way of mining Iron Ore in the Pilbara [11]
[edit]Spaceflight Applications

Nuclear explosions have been studied as a possible method of spacecraft propulsion. The most well known example was Project Orion, which studied the possibility of a spacecraft propelled by the detonation of nuclear devices which it released behind itself.
Another application would be for deflecting or destroying celestial objects like comets, meteors, or asteroids on a collision course with Earth that have the potential for causing destruction.
