What the Frequently Unanswered Questions?) onto our YouTube Channel, which you can find together with Bernie Wheater‘s presentation that followed in which he showed a short PowerPointed lesson on how the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Inc.” corporate fake shadow-government hides inside our original and legitimate Government and has been used incrementally to strip you of all your rights (I exaggerate not) by making you legally someone other than who you think you are (if common law were in force), namely making you a corporate slave. So John, healthy skeptic that he is, started doing his own research (as Bernie had encouraged us all to do) and found out some really interesting data that we thought you should all probably know about. I have know for years about the Sovereign Citizen Movement (that John is just starting to find out about) and the Shadow Corporate De Facto Government. De facto is Latin for in fact, and in political terms it indicates a government that may have seized power unlawfully. They may not be constitutionally appointed, but are in fact. De jure is the opposite. A de facto government is supported by the people of the state and not by a constitution. A de jure governing body, on the other hand, is supported by a constitution currently in force. Or a de jure government is officially recognized by the constitution and other (neighboring) states, and sometimes even supranational and inter-governmental institutions. De facto governments are not recognized. De facto governments are caused, for example, by a revolution within (i.e. incited by the people of the state). This is what John wrote:

Ever Wonder why having that Birth Certificate was so important? Why a Certified Certificate of Live Birth from the Hospital wasn’t sufficient enough? Today, almost all mothers unknowingly inform on their own babies. Take a look at the so-called “Birth Certificate” CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH where the mother signs and you’ll see the title of the box stating in small print: “MOTHER OR OTHER INFORMANT.”
The word “OTHER” makes the mother an “informant.” By signing the “Birth Certificate” as an informer, she contracts with the government putting her child and her child’s future labor AND SERVICE IN THE ARMED FORCES as collateral for the national debt (servitude-slavery.)

Domestically, they’re pulling together all the data about virtually every U.S. citizen in the country and assembling that information, building communities that you have relationships with, and knowledge about you; what your activities are; what you’re doing.
So the government is accumulating that kind of information about every individual person and it’s a very dangerous process.

All of this information will eventually be fused into one large database. In fact, the government has already setup well over fifty fusion centers around the nation. What goes on in these centers is kept strictly confidential, and there doesn’t seem to be any agency in charge of them, but we know they exist, and we know that their purpose is to acquire, aggregate and act on whatever information they have available to them. These are fairly new, appearing just over the last several years. But be assured that as processing power and software technology improves, so too will the surveillance capabilities of fusion like facilities, whether they belong to government, private industry or criminal industry.
Obama promised that he would create a civilian army in 2008 (see video below) that would eventually be as strong and as aggressive as the United States military. Here we see Step One towards accomplishing that goal.
FEMA Camps did not start under Obama, but he may be the leader under which people will begin to be placed in them.
From FEMA.gov: VICKSBURG, Miss.– A historic new collaboration between two federal agencies to strengthen the nation’s disaster response capabilities was launched today as the nation’s first 240 FEMA Corps members were sworn into service at an induction ceremony in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
Established as a new unit within the existing AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), FEMA Corps engages young adults ages 18 to 24 to provide ten months of full-time service on disaster response and recovery projects. Members will be deployed to assignments ranging from working directly with disaster survivors to supporting disaster recovery centers to sharing disaster response and mitigation information with the public.
At today’s induction ceremony, members of the inaugural FEMA Corps class took the AmeriCorps pledge to “get things done for America” and heard from agency leaders about the important work that lies ahead. FEMA Deputy Administrator Richard Serino and CNCS CEO Wendy Spencer were on hand to welcome the members and thank them for their commitment to service.
“When I visit communities devastated by disasters like Joplin, Mo., I always find members of AmeriCorps lending a helping hand to survivors,” said Serino. “Today’s inductees are taking part in an exciting new pursuit — combining the exceptional record of citizen service at AmeriCorps NCCC with FEMA’s specialized mission of supporting survivors with their recovery after a disaster. I commend and thank every member of the inaugural class of FEMA Corps for their dedication to helping communities in need.”
“I commend you for answering the call to serve and making a difference for people and communities in need,” said Spencer. “As the nation’s very first FEMA Corps members, you are helping write a new chapter in the history of national service. Today’s induction ceremony marked the end of one month of AmeriCorps NCCC training and the start of FEMA position-specific training. After completing training this month, members will be deployed to their first assignments. FEMA Corps will supplement FEMA’s existing Reservist workforce in assisting citizens and communities who have been impacted by disasters.
After completing 1,700 hour of service, FEMA Corps members will receive a $5,550 Segal AmeriCorps Education Award to pay for tuition or pay student loans. Members will gain significant training and experience in disaster services that can serve as a pathway to employment in the emergency management profession.

Colorado Batman shooting shows obvious signs of being staged
The horrific shooting at the screening of The Dark Knight Rises in Colorado late last night bears eerie similarities to a scene in the 1986 comic Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. In the comic, a crazed, gun-toting loner walks into a movie theater and begins shooting it up, killing three in the process. The passage concludes with the media blaming Batman for inspiring the shooting, though he is not involved in the incident at all.
The 1986 comic, written and drawn by Frank Miller, was a key inspiration for the Chris Nolan Batman films. It helped to reimagine the character away from his Saturday morning cartoon image and into a dark, grim avenger. The point of this particular scene in the comic was to show just how far Gotham has fallen since Batman had retired. Source

In other words, this guy was equipped with exotic gear by someone with connections to military equipment. SWAT clothing, explosives, complex booby-traps… c’mon, this isn’t a “lone gunman.” This is somebody who was selected for a mission, given equipment to carry it out, then somehow brainwashed into getting it done.

There is already conjecture that James Holmes may have been involved in mind-altering neuroscience research and ended up becoming involved at a depth he never anticipated. His actions clearly show a strange detachment from reality, indicating he was not in his right mind. I turn on the tv and there’s the batman movie.. so I decide to turn it off. I decide to play words with friends but that add that comes up after I play 1 game is about the new batman movie, so I said f*** it. 12 people are confirmed dead after a mad man hurled a tear gas bomb he then opened fire during a midnight screening of Dark Knight Rises, near Denver, Colorado in a small town called Aurora.
The 24-year-old man – named by US media as James Holmes – after giving up he was arrested in a car parked nearby and is now in custody. He was reportedly armed with a rifle and two handguns and told police he had explosives at his home, which has been surrounded by a SWAT team.
James Holmes is suspected of opening fire and killing 12 people at a cinema
Witnesses said the shooter was wearing a “Bane-style” gas mask and body armour during the attack. A bomb disposal squad is at the scene examining a Hyundai in the cinema’s car park for further explosive devices.
Justin Joseph, of Fox affiliate KDVR said the tear gas caused “mass panic” and that as people got up and tried to flee the theatre, they became “moving targets” as the gunman opened fire.
12 people have been confirmed dead in the attacks
Several children and babies were in the theatre and an 80-year-old is believed to have been shot dead at point blank range. A three-month old is among those being treated in hospital and a six-year-old is believed to be the youngest victim.
The screening was taking place at the Century 16 Theatre in Aurora and the trailers for the film had just ended when the attack began.
