I often look back at the history of the world for inspiration for future ideas. “Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it” Winston Churchill But I say I hope to learn from history in hopes to repeat it for a better tomorrow to achieve long-term, stable economic growth. The weakness of Rochester NY leadership over the past 20 or so years has seen a great decline of our once prosperous community after the great financial revelations for the past few year has filled many with despair and hopelessness. But I have plan for cutting tax rates that spurs economic growth and economic salvation for Rochester!
