ST. THOMAS – The V.I. Supreme Court has ordered an evidentiary hearing to determine whether a Superior Court judge removed a juror improperly after prosecutors suspected that he flashed Masonic hand signals to convicted murderer and ex-cop Joel Dowdye during the trial.
Court records indicate that Dowdye’s chest bore a Masonic tattoo when he was arrested in connection with a Bunker Hill Guest House shooting in which two victims were shot on March 25, 2006.
In March 2007, a St. Thomas jury found Dowdye guilty of murdering his ex-girlfriend, 22-year-old Sherett James, and trying to murder her companion, 32-year-old Daren “Bogle” Stevens, in a downtown hotel room. Dowdye later was sentenced to life in prison without parole, plus 40 years.

We’re all aware of the restrictive gun laws in the State of California which require low capacity magazines for handguns, fixed magazines for “assault” rifles, and a whole lot of running around just to be granted the right to carry a concealed firearm.
Now, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), who has championed gun control in her state for decades and co-wrote the original assault weapons ban enacted by the federal government in the 1990′s, wishes to bring even more stringent federal mandates to the land of the free. What is being proposed by Feinstein is the most significant attack on the second amendment in history.

It would essentially ban thousands of firearms and require gun owners to turn them over to the Federal government.
I don’t have the minutes of the meeting (yet), but sources tell me California Senator and longtime gun-hater Dianne Feinstein’s legal staff held meetings on Friday with FTB/ATF legal staff to discuss a new “Assault Weapons Ban” Madame Feinstein would be looking to push through Congress if President Obama wins reelection.
This same “pretty good intelligence” says the items that would lead to a banwould ban pistol grips and “high-capacity” magazines, eliminate any grandfathering and ban sales of “weapons in possession”.
I don’t know about you, but if these things come to pass and I’m “in possession” I’m certainly not selling.
In fact, the lack of interest in the idea surprised the California liberal’s legal staffers. Apparently, they believe no logical person could possible disagree with them.

I began receiving the first reports of increases in gun buying by people concerned about tomorrow’s election. Dealers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and Indiana all tell me there hasn’t been a huge number of buyers expressing those concerns, but the numbers were noticeable.
Among that group -and the majority of “regular” purchasers- the core driving most of the purchasing seem to be in their mid-to-late 30s. Again, home and personal defense are the most frequently cited reasons for buying.

Asset forfeiture laws are used by DEA, IRS, ATF etc…).
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
Americans call it the Federal Reserve which is a privately-owned credit/debt system allowed by the Federal Reserve act of 1913. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) another privately-owned corporation. The Federal Reserve Banks issue Fiat Paper Money and practice economically destructive fractional reserve banking.
6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.
Americans call it the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated through the ICC act of 1887, the Commissions Act of 1934, The Interstate Commerce Commission established in 1938, The Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, and Executive orders 11490, 10999, as well as State mandated driver’s licenses and Department of Transportation regulations.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
Americans call it corporate capacity, The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture… Thus read “controlled or subsidized” rather than “owned”… This is easily seen in these as well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations.
8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
Americans call it Minimum Wage and slave labor like dealing with our Most Favored Nation trade partner; i.e. Communist China. We see it in practice via the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two “income” family. Americans are being taxed to support what we call ‘public’ schools, but are actually “government force-tax-funded schools ” Even private schools are government regulated. The purpose is to train the young to work for the communal debt system. We also call it the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based “Education” . These are used so that all children can be indoctrinated and inculcated with the government propaganda, like “majority rules”, and “pay your fair share”. WHERE are the words “fair share” in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26)?? NO WHERE is “fair share” even suggested !! The philosophical concept of “fair share” comes from the Communist maxim, “From each according to their ability, to each according to their need! This concept is pure socialism. … America was made the greatest society by its private initiative WORK ETHIC … Teaching ourselves and others how to “fish” to be self sufficient and produce plenty of EXTRA commodities to if so desired could be shared with others who might be “needy”… Americans have always voluntarily been the MOST generous and charitable society on the planet.
Do changing words, change the end result? … By using different words, is it all of a sudden OK to ignore or violate the provisions or intent of the Constitution of the united States of America?????

January 8th, 2011 will always be remembered in American history as the day that political rhetoric was intentionally spewed into the television sets and Internet screens of millions of people worldwide. It was that southwest wintry morning that an alleged crazy schizophrenic lone-wolf gunman targeted a Safeway grocery store in Tucson, AZ and let loose with a ‘barrage of bullets’ where, Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was holding a local constituents meeting. Six people were murdered and thirteen additional were injured. Among the dead were a federal judge and a 9-year-old girl that was allegedly born on September 11, 2001, which was the day of the largest terrorist attack on American soil.
As soon as the story unfolded, a verbal war of mayhem was started in the political arena to fuel the fire as the left blamed the right and the right blamed the left. This rhetorical mainstream war continued for weeks as the entire media spectrum blamed all the wrong reasons for Jared Lee Loughner’s actions. The information war was kicked off when the corporate media and political figureheads blamed the use of symbols, grammar, marijuana, the leftists, the right-wingers, freedom of speech, hoodies, radio hosts, and of course – the gun. The real life reality show wasgiven a push for ratings when Sheriff Clarence Dupnik of Pima County declared Arizona the home of “bigotry” and the “Mecca” for prejudice.
From the opening statement of the Washington reality show, it was a battle that played out in the AP and mainstream amphitheatres over Dupnik’s definition of unbalanced people and how they respond to the “vitriol” that come out of the mouths of “certain individuals” about tearing down the government.
Meanwhile, while the political battle was underway and the people were glued to the fierce and shameful debates, an operation ‘cover-up’ of a grand magnitude was launched to bring about a secretive shadow governmental global agenda. This secretive agenda, considered the beginning of the desecration of America’s Constitution is to deface and strip the American people of their rights, legalize tyranny through the medical establishment, and construct a powerful police-state system that will ultimately result in housing the world’s prison population.
This secretive shadowy governmental global agenda involves many government departments, non-profit organizations, medical institutions, lobby groups, and agencies whom have been infiltrated by terrorists deep within the heart of the American government. As the wintry morning began with the lone-gunman on the rise, another dark force was lurking in the shadows to play out a false-flag attack on a congresswoman, while assassinating a judge at the same time that stood in the way of the plot to confiscate arms from the American Citizens.
Behind the bushes of the patsy chosen operation, NASA, the Navy, and the medical establishment premeditate the next phase in total psychological control of the mind on a world preoccupied by propaganda and materialistic interference.
Why is this particular shooting, pegged as a false flag, key to the global agenda rising? A global dictator shall rise out of the ashes of post 9/11 to declare the American Citizen the new world terrorist in a criminal attempt to bring down a Sovereign free nation.
This terroristic territorial marking was celebrated when 9/11 was physically brought to Tucson, AZ by President Barrack Obama and the 9/11 flag of remembrance was spread across the killing field as a reminder to the American Citizen that the day of submissiveness has arrived. That 8th day of the first month of the year of 2011 equals the same as 9/11 in numerology terms. It essentially was the day that a new form of super heroes was to be born unto the Nation to propagate the next phase in the pharmaceutical experimentation for total control of the human mind.
As the sacrifice of a congresswoman set the stage for the medical establishment to bring their brain trauma research of ‘Suspended Animation’ to the sci-fi stage, it was signed off by the FDA and then carried out by the military industrial complex. After reviewing just the basic programs that you need to operate a smart phone…when you go to applications, for example and look at google mail..it states they have right to go into your mail, look at your documents and alter (even if it is confidential) , change your contacts or even delete contacts, have access to your text message and pictures, they can even use your text and phone to call and send messages. So with that said…they have access to your mail by default because you have to use that program on your phone to be activated for most functions on your phone to work properly.
If you go through all the programs you have on your phone before adding more apps, they all say pretty much the same thing. But look at the big picture…where are these phone made (China, Japan, Korea)! Government employees are using these phones just as much as anyone else..what can be worse then countries that are making these phones have access to sensitive material including personal information that can be of use in sensitive ways including…where they are, their pictures, their contacts and their email documents.
Now your family members are adding app after app with location settings needing to be active on the devices for them to be of service. With that said there is apps and even programs that someone can see all cell phones in that area so a possible predator can single out possible victims. What about some family members who take pictures of their drivers license, SSN and other highly personal information for identity theft to be easy..not alone..logging into bank accounts..in which you are allowing the manufacture to have access to with your passwords and all. Also think about this, these apps also are being allowed to turn on your video camand recorder on your cell at any given time to listen and look at your surroundings. They do not have to inform you when they do, what they alter or delete or whom they give your information to. Also keep in mind that a lot of the apps are created by criminals that are making it legal to commit crimes against you by just getting their free app.So the matter of this news story, if we buy these cell phones from a company ..just say Sprint, shouldn’t they be liability for use licensing with the apps for the purpose of the basic operation of the phone and not carried over to us making ourselves liable for any misuse of our privacy in which will will not know? Should the consumer buying the cell phone have licensing right to know when an invasion by the app provider went into the phone and made changes?

More than 300 people — or nearly a quarter of the roughly 1,200 individuals USA TODAY has identified as Romney fundraisers — come from the world of finance, more than any other sector. Once again emphasizing there is no fundamental difference between Obama and Romney when it comes to attacking Iran, the American Jewish Committee has published the answers to a questionnaire sent to the candidates.
From the Jewish Telegraphic Agency website:
“I am prepared to use all elements of American power” to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, Obama said in the questionnaires released Oct. 18 by the AJC, “including a political effort to further isolate Iran, a diplomatic effort to sustain our coalition, an economic effort that has imposed crippling sanctions, and a military effort to be prepared for any contingency.”
Romney’s response was nearly identical:
“I will press for ever tightening sanctions on the regime, acting multilaterally where we can and unilaterally where we must, and leave no doubt in the mind of the regime’s leaders that the military option remains on the table.”
Romney tried to make political points by sucking up to Israel and the Israeli lobby in the United States: “Unlike President Obama, I understand that distancing the U.S. from Israel doesn’t earn us credibility in the Arab world or bring peace closer,” he said. “Instead, it encourages Palestinians to hold out and wait for Washington to deliver more Israeli concessions.”
Romney said he plans to create “regional directors” who “will possess unified budgetary and policy authority.”
The JTA’s response to this development: “With such powers concentrated in an individual, pro-Israel groups would likely closely watch and want to influence whomever a Romney administration would name to the Middle East post.”
In fact, pro-Israel neocons already dictate Romney’s Middle East foreign policy. Fifteen of the 22 members of Romney’s foreign policy team were policy advisers under Bush, and six of them are former members of PNAC, Joseph Sarkisian points out.
Neocons from the American Enterprise Institute, the Brookings Institute, and the Hudson Institute dominate Romney’s advisors. “The American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) thinks highly of these policy advisers, who are all ardent supporters of the Israeli desire to end Iran’s nuclear program with force if necessary,” writes Sarkisian.
“Just like in Iraq, there is no verifiable proof of WMD in Iran, yet once again the same group of people want to use the same methods to start a similar war for the interests of the few, with no regard for the consequences,” he concludes.
Poll results are, of course, highly misleading, but if we are to believe the latest results Romney and Obama are locked in a dead heat sixteen days out from the election.
Establishment fount Forbes predicts that if Obama gets re-elected, Israel will attack Iran in January, a move that will undoubtedly be supported by the United States.
Despite Romney’s coterie of neocons, Democrat Chuck Schumer believes Obama is more likely to attack Iran than his opponent. “I’ll tell you this on Iran, and I’ve said this to a couple of Romney supporters who agree, that if the sanctions fail, and military action is warranted, a re-elected President Obama is far more likely to launch that kind of military action, probably in concert with Israel, than would Mitt Romney,” Schumer told CNN in September.
Following Obama’s lackadaisical performance during the first debate, his administration “leaked” a plan for striking Iran’s nuclear facilities. CFR member and visiting scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, David Rothkopf, wrote in Foreign Policy earlier this month that the White House and Israeli officials “assert that the two sides behind the scenes have come closer together in their views [regarding Iran] in recent days.”
Rothkopf quoted a “source close to the discussions” as saying that a surgical strike aimed at Iran’s enrichment facilities “might take only ‘a couple of hours’” at best and would be conducted by air using bombers and drones.
Despite the outcome of the election, a strike on Iran – limited, surgical or otherwise – will occur within the next few months, if not weeks.

Why? According to Rove, who appeared to be going through extreme denial that Mitt Romney had lost, there were too many outstanding votes in Ohio to give the state to Obama, tipping the race in his favor.
