The principle organic law for our society is the Declaration of Independence. “to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them.” We are answerable or subject to no other man, only Nature and Nature’s God.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these [not limited to] are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” This is the first and still only society established where all have the freedom to follow the will of God as it comes to them, no priest, pope, king, queen or lord in between.
The Constitution was intended to create a framework and a facilitation for self governance and collective governance through representation and establish restrictions on collective government authority; thus the ninth and tenth amendments.
The Supreme Court, since WWII has not strengthened but diminished the First Amendment. We no longer have protected freedom of assembly, freedom of association and SCOTUS refused to hear a case on the Right of Petition.
With the American Spirit diminished with the great loss of life in the Civil War, Royalists succeeded in usurping the reigns of government with their agents and mercenaries using assassination, money power, deception and censorship. Key accomplishments are: licensing of doctors creating a medical monopoly; control of public education with factory schools; control of monetary system with federal reserve; Unlimited power of taxation with Income Tax; subservient obedience to the state with the WWI draft; just to name a few.
The common characteristic of a conquered nation is the lack of lineage. As
we all should know, all these “isms” are all 19th century inventions
implemented in the 20th century. It’s all fiction taught as religion in the (corporate) public education system. With so many filled with false
doctrines, dogmas and sophist canons narrating a historical fiction, it’s no wonder so many are confused.
Capitalism is another red herring. The corporate culture we have today is
“royalist”. It has it’s lineage back to the Dutch East India Company,
Jamestown company, etc. These were expeditions funded by royalty with the
stated purpose to exploit explored, claimed and conquered lands for the
benefit of the shareholders. It’s a fiction glorified by public relations
and sanctified to church status by Ayn Rand’s “objectivism.”
The American definition of “capitalism” is simply that every man/woman is entitled
to the full fruits of their labor (American economist Henry George, 1870).
Obviously, there’s more to the story.
